At Lyndo, your complete satisfaction is our priority. We've designed our return policy to give you confidence when shopping with us, knowing that if you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, we're here to help.

1. GENERAL POLICY

We offer a 14-day return window. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging. You'll also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return:

Contact us at support@lyndo.co.uk to initiate a return. Please note that returns must be sent to the warehouse where the products originated, which is typically located in China. Contact us first so we can provide you with the correct return address.

Once your return is approved, you'll be responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to the specified address. We cannot accept items sent back without a prior return request.

2. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you notice that an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away. This allows us to assess the issue and provide the right solution as quickly as possible.
